All Sweet Chay's Pastries products are available for pick-up or delivery by a third party for appointment only.

Wedding Cakes, 3 Tiered Cakes and Higher.

• For wedding cakes and celebration cakes that are 3-tier cakes or higher with delicate decorations, Sweet Chay's Pastries will deliver your cake and set it up on-site.

• Delivery and setup will be included in the cost quoted when you contact us.

• We deliver within Metro Manila, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Manila, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City 

• We will also deliver further afield at an additional cost. Like in Tagaytay and Alfonso. Please contact us for more details.

Collect from Headquarters

• You are welcome to personally collect your orders from Sweet Chay’s Pastries. Our location details will be given to the client a few days before the scheduled pick-up date. 

• We will only pack your orders once we have confirmation that you are outside our headquarters. Please allow 5 - 10 minutes of waiting time or more as it would depend on the number of client orders to be picked up at that particular time. 

• Once a cake has been accepted, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport it to its destination.

 

Home Delivery

• It is the customer's responsibility to book their own preferred courier service. Sweet Chay’s Pastries location details will be given to the client a few days before the scheduled pick-up date. 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct delivery address is supplied to the courier service together with the correct contact number.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that there is someone to accept the delivery at the delivery address.

• Sweet Chay’s Pastries will not accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information given by the client to the courier service, or because there is no one to accept the delivery. 

 

Pick-up and Delivery Timings

• Monday: Closed

• Tuesday - Saturday: Open (Available pick-up slot 10am, 2pm, 4pm & 6pm)

• Sunday: Open till 12 noon only (Available pick-up slot 10 am)

 

Late pick-up or no-show fee

• ​​​​​​​For late pick-ups when it's delayed more than an hour from the reserved pick-up time. The pick-up time will be rearranged by us and we'll inform you of the next available pick-up time.

• If you don't pick up your cake by our closing time, your pick-up will be rearranged to the next day, with a Php1,000 overnight storage fee.
